Summer Reading Challenge

I am very excited that I have been allowed to sign up for the Summer Reading Challenge for the second year in a row. Adults aren’t usually allowed to take part but because I am a Patron of Reading I get join in the fun. So far I have read Blubber by Judy Blume and Noah Barelywater Runs Away – I really enjoyed the first one but thought the second one was too sad (and I like my reading to make me happy).

I returned my first two books and got 2 stickers (one is super STINKY) and a poster in exchange, now that’s what I call a bargain! My youngest son has already read six books and got his final Summer Reading Challenge sticker! He thinks it’s hilarious that he has finished before me. I am ignoring him.
