Queendom (book three in the Portal Series) is due to be published on December 1st, and the illustrator has submitted most of the illustrations. I took the photo below of the drawing he has done of a coin that has been mentioned in all three books so far.
Max takes this coin everywhere he goes, and in this illustration below Max’s Dad is trying to teach him how to spin the coin correctly. Late that night Max discovers that when he spins the coin exactly the right way something amazing happens!
